Yes, you can still claim a dependent child if they’re employed. As long as the dependent is a US Citizen, has a valid SSN, and lived with you the entire year.
Yes, you could claim a relative as a dependent if they made less than $5,200 and lived with you the entire year.
A qualifying dependent must be a U.S. Citizen, have a valid SSN, ITIN, or ATIN.
No, you can only file as head of household if you have dependents or a spouse and you provide more than half of their support.
You need all SSN, Driver’s license or State ID, W-2 other tax forms 1099-G, 1099, 1098-T, SSA-1099.
Yes, you can claim a dependent up until age 24 if he/she is a full-time college student, if you provided more than half their support, and the dependent lived with you for at least half the year or six months. If disabled age doesn’t matter.
